Project: LLM-based multimodal planning and decision support for pulmonary tumour ablation — image-guided surgical planning, geometric reasoning, and foundation models for clinical decision support.
I develop multimodal medical foundation models (SLM) with a focus on grounded radiology report generation, and clinician-in-the-loop for data development and model evaluation.
I am an MS by Research Student at IIIT Hyderabad under the guidance of Prof. Raju S. Bapi and Dr. Tapabrata Chakraborty (UCL, Alan Turing Institute), in clinical collaboration with NIMS Hospital, Hyderabad. My MS thesis title is "Advancing Medical Foundation Models for Chest X-ray Interpretation: Dataset, Benchmark, Progressive Learning and Efficient Adaptation"
From September 2026 I join the University of Strasbourg for a PhD with Prof. Caroline Essert and Dr. Juan Verde, extending this work from diagnosis to intervention: multimodal planning and decision support for pulmonary tumour ablation.
Project: LLM-based multimodal planning and decision support for pulmonary tumour ablation — image-guided surgical planning, geometric reasoning, and foundation models for clinical decision support.
Thesis: Multimodal vision-language models for grounded radiology report generation.
Thesis: Modified Grey Wolf Optimization for feature selection in Parkinson's disease prediction.
